As I continued to research the writer’s life and influences, I discovered several videos on how his writing was impactful to Bono. Yes, BONO of U2!

I came across this video when doing research on PTSD. The message applies to all that have struggled with depression of many forms.

It’s amazing how transformative a particular song can be. Or better yet, be a time machine to a time, place and with people that have faded over the years, but hearing the beat, cords and lyrics bring you back with complete clarity of that one moment.
